I'm Jeremy Brook. I've spent twenty years turning complex problems into working businesses — in energy, technology, and consumer goods, at organisations that don't tolerate slow.
I've led organisations through some of the most complex challenges in energy, technology and consumer goods — building Australia's leading home electrification platform at AGL, developing AI-powered innovation frameworks at Google, and driving Heineken's global digital transformation across 200+ brands. I bring that same rigour and ambition to every person and organisation I work with.
Today I work with executives navigating career transitions, founders building climate and technology ventures, and companies looking to accelerate their digital and innovation agendas. I also invest in early-stage climate-tech and AI ventures, with a particular focus on founders with strong diversity ambitions.
